All of our leggings ae made for comfort though serious workouts or all-day wear. Our mid-rise leggings are breathable, non-see-through, buttery soft, and with UPF protection. A no-dig elastic waistband and four-way stretch keep them in place while letting them move with you.

Most customers find our leggings are true to size. If you wear size Medium in another brand, our size medium usually also fits well.
A - Measurement around the waist completely.
B - Inseam from crotch to bottom of pant leg.
- Legging inseam length shown in size chart is the length of the leg from crotch to bottom when the pants are laid flat.
C - Rise from crotch to top of waist.
- High-Waist yoga pants tend to land just above the belly button.
- Mid-Rise sit bellow the belly button.
- Crossover Waist has a high rise with dropped-front center.
- The rise is measured at the front.
D - Measurement around the widest part of hips.
If you are between sizes for leggings, we recommend choosing the smaller size.
